Rokeby Farm Stables is a private, professional equestrian training facility located in McLean, Virginia, catering to hunter, jumper and equitation riders of all levels. The farm is managed by head trainer Ashleigh Frick, who is known for producing effective riders in a fun, positive environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. While she enjoys her time in the show ring, Ashleigh finds it most rewarding to train and develop the talent of young riders and watch them progress along the way.
Ashleigh is an active professional member of the United States Equestrian Federation (Zone 3), SafeSport certified trainer who is also a member of the Virginia and Maryland Horse Show Associations as well as a 2023 sponsor of Morven Park Horse Shows, the Washington International Horse Show and Turner Farm Horse Shows. Ashleigh is a participating board member of Turner Farm Park and Turner Farm Hunter Show Series in Great Falls, Virginia. This is a Fairfax County park that is open to the public for equestrian use which includes a full cross country course, trail riding opportunities and a sand with rubber mix show arena. Turner Farm hosts five hunter shows, three dressage shows and one combined test every year to raise funds for equestrian interests in the park. Ashleigh and her group of show riders compete at USEF (United States Equestrian Federation) nationally-ranked equestrian competitions to include the Upperville Colt & Horse Show, the Washington International Horse Show, the Capital Challenge and the Middleburg Classic Horse Show. Rokeby Farm riders compete in USEF A/AA rated shows as well as high-quality local horse shows within the VHSA (Virginia Horse Show Association) and the MHSA (Maryland Horse Show Association).
